      What is a refurbished iPhone?

      "Refurbished iPhone" can mean different things at different stores. For us, it means the phone was previously used, then passed our rigorous testing to ensure it works perfectly and meets our high quality standards. We don't buy broken phones to fix up – our refurbished iPhones are all about giving pre-owned devices a second life!


      Is the iPhone waterproof?

      Apple advise that he iPhone 15 and 16 ranges are splash, water and dust resitant, but not waterproof. They carry an IP68 rating (maximum depth of 6 metres up to 30 minutes). Apple advises against inentionally submerging your iPhone in water. More information can be found on Apple website here.


      How do you screen record on an iPhone?

      1. Open Control Centre by swiping down from top right of the screen.

      2. Start recording by tapping the grey record icon and wait for the three-second countdown, exit the Control Centre to begin recording.

      3. Stop recording by tapping the red Screen Recording button at the top of the screen then tapping Stop.

      Find your recording by opening the Photos app and checking your Library.


      How do you factory reset an iPhone?

      1. Open Settings

      2. Tap General then Transfer or Reset iPhone

      3. Tap Erase All Content and Settings

      4. Confirm by entering your passcode or Apple Account password

      If you have an eSIM you have the option or erase or keep, if you erase you will need to contact your network to reactive the eSIM.


      How to connect Airpods to iPhone

      1. Ensure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS

      2. With the Airpods inside of the charging case, open the case whilst holding it next to the iPhone until the Airpod setup animation appears on the iPhone

      3. Tap connect and follow the on-screen instructions

      If you are signed into iCloud account all other supported devices on the same account, such as your MacBook, are also setup automatically
