Cleaning your AirPods
What you need
- A soft-bristled toothbrush
- Micellar water (brands like Bioderma or Neutrogena work well)
- Distilled water
- A dry, lint-free cloth or paper towel
Instructions
- Lightly dampen the toothbrush with micellar water.
- Gently brush the speaker mesh using small circular motions for about 10 to 15 seconds.
- Repeat this brushing process up to three times if needed.
- Use a dry cloth to carefully wipe away any remaining moisture.
- Let your AirPods air dry completely for several hours before putting them back in use.
Cleaning your AirPod Case
What you need
- Isopropyl Alcohol
- A soft-bristled toothbrush
- Microfiber cloth
Instructions
- Moisten the toothbrush lightly with isopropyl alcohol.
- Gently scrub the inside of the case to remove dirt, avoiding the charging contacts.
- Dampen the microfiber cloth with a bit of alcohol and wipe the outside surfaces to clear away grime.
- Leave the case open on a flat surface in a well-ventilated area to dry fully for at least an hour before using it again.
