Monitoring the battery levels of your AirPods and charging case is essential to ensure they’re ready for use when needed. This guide explains how to check the charging status on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac, as well as how to view the charge level of the AirPods case itself.
Checking AirPods charge status on iPhone or iPad
- Ensure your AirPods are nearby and connected to your iPhone or iPad.
- Navigate to Settings > Bluetooth.
- Locate your AirPods in the list of devices and tap the ⓘ (Info) icon next to their name to view the battery status.
Checking AirPods charge status on Mac
- With the AirPods inside, open the lid of the charging case.
- On your Mac, navigate to System Settings > Bluetooth.
