All machines are supplied with our 1 Year Return to Base Warranty where faulty goods will be repaired or replaced with goods equal or greater in specification.
Where products are covered by Apple's One-Year Limited Warranty and/or Apple's AppleCare Protection Plan, machines will be supplied with the relevant documentation. Note, any upgrades (i.e. Hard Drive and/or RAM) that have been made will not be covered by Apple but in most cases will be covered by the respective manufacturers.
Not all Macs are lucky enough to reach us in Grade A condition. Our Grade B stock is a great option if you are budget conscious and looking to get the best bang for your buck.
Grade A
By default our refurbished Macs are in Grade A condition, they will be free of cosmetic damage and will only show light signs of use such as minor wear on the base. Screens are checked to ensure they are free of blemishes or defects.
Grade B
Some Macs will be labeled as Grade B, these will have a cosmetic issue such as a scratch, scuff or small dent on the body that does not impede function. The screens are checked to ensure that they are in good condition and that there are no blemishes that are visible when the screen is illuminated.
Grade B items are processed using the same detailed procedures as our Grade A stock and will come with the same comprehensive warranty.

Every component of the machine is tested following our comprehensive inspection process to ensure full functionality. Any visual imperfections are documented for product descriptions.

Each machine is refurbished replacing parts with Genuine Apple components when required. A fresh installation of the latest macOS is performed to give your Mac that out of the box feel, ready for registration with your details.

Prior to being listed for sale each machine is given a thorough clean and placed into a final Quality Assurance check. After a final technical and visual check the machine is certified for sale.
