In October 2018 Apple introduced the fourth generation Mac mini in Space Grey. This was available with three processor options; Core i3 (quad-core), Core i5 (six-core) and Core i7 (six-core). The Core i5 and Core i7 models were sold by Apple up until Jan 2023 and are great workhorses. These models feature SSD storage and support up to 64GB of memory.
