From browsing their online store to fine tuning what I was after, and I went back and forth over models a lot! Right through to delivery, every step was easy. It was exactly how a browsing and shopping experience should be.
I ordered on a weekend and so my order was dealt with on the Monday, MacBook Pro was delivered the next day. Packaging was first class and the product was exactly as described. I have told friends to keep Hoxton Macs at the top their list as and when they need to upgrade or to even add to their Macs.

A perfect MacBook at a reasonable price. Just what I wanted. There was a bit of an issue with paying which was swiftly sorted. The only problem was finding the PIN number which was printed in minuscule print on the email from the delivery company! Print it bigger!

I recently purchased a refurbished Mac from Hoxton Macs, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. The computer was categorised as "good". I was pleasantly surprised when the computer arrived—it felt like brand new.

It took me quite some time to locate the tiny scratch that warranted its classification. Hoxton Macs undoubtedly exceeded my expectations in terms of the product's quality.

As promised on their website, the package arrived promptly the next day.

I highly recommend Hoxton Macs to anyone in search of top-notch refurbished Apple products and outstanding service.

Having had a very bad experience with one your competitors I was a bit reluctant to go down the refurb route. I needn’t have been. l have been really impressed with Hoxton’s professionalism - commercially and technically. There care they take to accurately explain the service they provide and the products they sell is exemplary. None of this dressing up descriptions to appear 5 star when they clearly are not and complete absence of exaggerated claims about themselves. What you get instead is a very ethical, honest and professional approach to selling. This clearly is a well run firm. I don’t know if I shall need them again but would have no hesitation in buying from them in the future. I wish them every success thankyou.

Very fast delivery, very good service, laptop in perfect condition.

Only thing to be aware of is that all the laptop keyboards are US-style. Not a dealbreaker but I did miss this detail.

I've purchased every Mac from Hoxton since 2016 and they've never let me down. Incredible value for money and superb next day delivery. A fair conditioned MacBook Air was spotless except for a small dent in the corner which you can't even see on normal operations. Awesome company.

I was dubious buying a used Mac and chose a recent MacBook. The description was EXCELLENT condition with the possible light marks. HOWEVER the machine that arrived looks totally BRAND NEW so very pleased indeed. I would certainly buy a used machine again. The company is good it seems and can deliver very next day.

I've recently ordered a MacBook Pro M1 Max - Excellent Condition from Hoxton Macs. Now with my previous history with refurbished goods, I've always expected some wear and tear, however, upon arrival of the MacBook, I was amazed to see absolutely zero imperfections. It felt like a completely new device.

The battery condition at arrival was 99%, with a clean display (with absolutely zero markings or small imperfections), a dusted and cleaned keyboard, and the overall metal body was free from any dents or scratches.

Other than the physical product, the customer service was great and the shipping from the date of purchase took only 2 days to arrive. I'm very happy to purchase this MacBook and will 100% consider using Hoxton Macs again in the future.

Communication was great, the product was delivered on time and the MacBook Pro was very well packaged and everything was like new - the description on the website said excellent condition and was very accurate. I would use again. The keyboard is a US one, makes no difference to me but worth noting.

I was recommended to use Hoxton Macs by a friend. I purchased a MacBook Pro in good condition and apart from a tiny scratch it looks brand new. I received useful help over the phone prior to purchase. The pricing structure was clear and I am delighted with my new laptop which arrived a day after ordering online.

No complaints about product and company was helpful with a good website, but, alas, Hoxton Macs use DPD Couriers who really are utterly useless.

But after THREE failed deliveries (for all of which I was in), I did finally manage to track down my MacBook Pro...Insist they use another courier.
