Refurbishment Process

All of our Apple devices are subject to a thorough inspection by an expert technician prior to sale. Using our experience we have perfected our inspection procedures, incorporating bespoke methods for each of Apple’s product lines and using custom software developed in house to ensure that every aspect of the device functions as intended.

Product Conditions and Grading

Every unit that we sell undergoes a thorough inspection by an expert technician prior to sale, to ensure that they are 100% fully functional. You can read more about this in Our Process page.

Our grading reflects the cosmetic condition of the items we sell. Not all Macs are lucky enough to reach us in Grade A condition. Our Grade B stock is a great option if you are budget conscious and looking to get the best bang for your buck.

Grade A

By default our products are in Grade A condition. These products will be in very good condition with only light signs of use, for example light wear on the bottom plates. All screens are checked to ensure they are free of defects.

Grade B

These products will have a cosmetic imperfection such as a few scratches, scuff, or small dent on the body that does not impede function. Screens are checked to ensure they are in good condition and that there are no blemishes that are visible when illuminated.

All products, regardless of Grade are supplied with our 1 Year Return to Base Hardware Warranty and no fuss free 14 day returns.
